Children's Development and Education

All under-two children have a daily record sheet, with a copy provided to whānau at the end of each day. There is also time every day to speak to a kaiako 1:1 regarding any changes in your child’s regular routines, and any concerns you may have.

All children who attend regularly have learning profiles (a clearfile folder) celebrating their learning. The profiles include learning stories, giving details of children’s learning, kaiako observations and samples of the children’s work. These profiles are available for tamariki
to revisit during the day and go home to whānau a couple of times a year.
We encourage whānau to contribute to the profiles in any way they like, particularly
completing the feedback forms.
